24.01.2022 Cold Weather Policy Where has summer gone? Due to the cooler weather we will only be open from 4:00 - 6:30. As per the cold weather policy we should be closed but we are opening for the times that swimming lessons are running.

20.01.2022 The Nhill Lutheran School will be holding their swimming sports on Friday the 1st of March. We will be closed to the general public until 3pm that day. To make up for this, and because it is forecast to be a hot 38 degrees we are considering in having a one time only NIGHT SWIM. Please let us know if you’re interested in coming by liking this post.

20.01.2022 Looks like someone broke into the pool last night and left some things behind! While we are unimpressed with the broken chair and the mess left behind, unsupervised night swimming is extremely dangerous. Whether or not alcohol is involved, at night a person can become disoriented underwater and may not know which way is up or which way is down. In 2017-2018 Australia saw 800 drownings in total, 249 resulting in death, Nhill does not need to add to this number. We do not want to come to work one day to find a body in the water.

18.01.2022 We’re excited that Premier Daniel Andrews’ latest announcement confirmed the state-wide lockdown will be lifted at midnight tonight. As a result, we are pleased to confirm that all our pre- lockdown services will resume from Thursday 18 February! Masks must be worn at all times indoors and outdoors where social distancing is not possible when visiting our Centre. All other COVID safe practices will remain in place. 17.01.2022 *Important information* The following restrictions are now in place in Victoria: Masks are now mandatory indoors. If you are planning to leave your home take a mask and it needs to be worn anytime you are inside apart from when you’re eating, drinking, swimming or doing strenuous exercise.

14.01.2022 Congratulations to our first deep water pass recipient! If your child is under the age of 13 and wishes to swim in the deep end, they will have to obtain a deep water pass. If they obtained a pass last season they will have to obtain a new one for this season.

Secondly, thankyou to Hindmarsh Shire for allowing us to look after their wonderful facility.
