25.01.2022 Its only taken 8 months to get my other half to use the Thermie but he finally did last night and made the Creamy Coconut Chicken Curry from Cookidoo....even he said it was easy and he doesnt cook at all!! My 6 year old made Quiche for dinner over the weekend too! We used store bought puff pastry but she was so chuffed with making dinner all by herself. This just shows how easy it is to make amazing food in a Thermomix.....With the Free Cook-key on offer till the end of this month when hosting a qualifying Cooking Experience and also the amazing 24 months interest free now is definitely the time to get a Thermomix in your kitchen

10.01.2022 A little afternoon treat today....rolled the cookie dough into a log and popped the other half in the freezer for an easy treat I adjusted the sugar in the recipe down to 40g for each sugar as per the comments on the RC

07.01.2022 We havent had KFC Chicken for a while...forgot how delicious it was It takes 30 seconds to make this seasoning and it makes so much, I still have all this left after tonights dinner which was 500g chicken breast. 05.01.2022 Malaysian Chicken Satay with Thai Jasmine Rice both from Skinnymixers: A Little Taste of Asia book....absolutely amazing dinner, so full of flavour...it blows me away how good the food is that you can make at home in your Thermomix. This recipe was made so much easier by having a 2nd BBL on hand....it meant I could make the sauce as soon as the rice finished... so by the time Id served the rice and washed the bowl the sauce was finished. #thermielife #realfood #nonasties

05.01.2022 We walked/scooted home from School today...half an hour in the warm sun...we walked past the shops and my daughter said Mum can we please get an ice cream? My answer.....Ill whip you up some fruit ice cream when we get home....followed the Frozen Fruit Ice cream recipe from the BCB. I used half bananas half strawberries and no sugar....healthy Ice cream within 2 minutes with no nasties #thermielife #realfood

03.01.2022 Made a new recipe tonight Thai Green Curry in a hurry from the recipe community. You dont have to make a paste separate its part of the recipe with this one! I changed the fish sauce to 2tbsp as per the comments and added 3 whole chillies with seeds and it was the perfect temp..not too hot but with a kick! I added onion, green capsicum, Broccoli in the last 2 minutes. I added raw snow peas to the Thermoserver which cooked perfect with the heat of the curry and served with steamed Cauliflower rice. Great quick recipe for a weeknight dinner

03.01.2022 Yesterdays lunch and afternoon tea! Ive never personally tried the Sara Lee version but I would highly recommend making the Banana Cake...it was delicious. I reduced the sugar down to 100g but would probably half next time as it was plenty sweet enough! The Soup cost approx $5.50 for the ingredients and it made 5 servings...3 made it to the freezer for my other half to take to work! #lovemythermie #nonasties #realfood
