23.01.2022 What an extraodinary time we are experiencing. I am really hoping that by 20th April 2021 we can enjoy some quality time together again. This retreat is all abo...ut doing those simple things in life that I have never taken for granted. Appreciating this wonderful natural environment, doing some simple yet very beneficial forms of exercise, taking quality time out to relax and rejuvenate and being nourished with delicious, nutritious vegetarian fare. This valley is a World Heritage area brimful of the most amazing wilderness walks and natural environment. We pay homage to the Bundjalung people of this area who have lived here for millennia. This time we will explore a little further and walk along the rim of the ancient caldera taking in the sheer majesty of this region. See more

14.01.2022 Another wonderful walk. Had a crazy cicada doing his thing while I stopped to look at a tree I had not noticed before. Love how raucous cicadas can be.
