24.01.2022 I have to say that these two are my favourite workmates! I love working from home and spending time with these two. #perthgirlboss #perthsmallbusiness #virtualassistant #dogsofinstagram #dogs #dogstagram

22.01.2022 Given that my background is bookkeeping and accounting, I received a LOT of enquiries about bookkeeping. I’m not a registered BAS Agent these days, so I had to knock back this work. But I’m super happy to say that I have been working alongside a registered BAS Agent for a few months, while we tested out each other’s knowledge and skills and our working relationship. I’m super excited to be working alongside this BAS Agent and be able to collectively look after all of your finance and administrative needs! #smallbusiness #perthsmallbiz #perthsmallbusiness #smallbusinessperth #smallbusinessaustralia #perthtradies #businessowner #perthbusiness #australianbusiness #virtualassistant

15.01.2022 This is one question that I get asked frequently. The simple answer is with modern technology. In this day and age it’s possible to work from anywhere in the world thanks to the internet. We can have regular chats via phone or Skype, or if you live locally we can meet up for coffee. I work for you like an employee (but without the hassles of having an employee) and do tasks as you request.... Ideally you give me a detailed brief (written or verbal) of the tasks you want me to do, as you would with an employee. Then I get on with the job! I do these tasks myself and NEVER outsource. If admin is taking up your valuable time, get in touch and see how I can help you!

15.01.2022 Working from home. People either love it or can’t do it. Personally, I love it. I find that I’m way more productive than being in an office full of people. But I definitely miss the social interaction. Thankfully I get to talk to people on the phone a lot. I love hanging out with my dogs all day AND being able to move to another room or even outside if I need a change of scenery. I definitely don’t miss getting stuck in traffic everyday either.... Are you a love it person or a can’t do it person? #virtualassistant #virtualassistantperth #workingfromhome #puppylove #worklifebalance #smallbusiness #smallbusinessperth #perthsmallbusiness #perthsmallbiz #perthdogs

14.01.2022 Is it just me or does anyone else get super suspicious of everything on April Fools Day?

13.01.2022 This is something that I am really passionate about - embracing change and thinking about how we can reinvent ourselves to survive the next few months. Now is the time to support small and local businesses. And if you are a small business, now is the time to think outside the square about how you can adapt to survive too. Can you use the online market? Can you take your business to your clients? Can you use your existing skills in a different way? Can you use your existing pl...ant and stock to fill a new niche? The uncertainty that we are facing can be overwhelming. But by embracing change and tackling the downturn from a different angle, who knows what the possibilities are. If you’re struggling to see how you could change your business, then talk to people. Ask your customers and clients what you can do for them? Talk to others in your field. Talk to business advisors. But please, do something!

12.01.2022 Business owners, do you struggle to keep on top of your administration? Don’t need a full time admin assistant, but wish you had someone on hand during the week? I may be able to help you! I assist businesses remotely (from my home office) to take care of a wide range of administrative needs. Working remotely means that I can be on call to all of my clients during the week, and you only pay for the time I spend working for you.... I currently have capacity to take on one or two additional clients, depending on volume of work. Some examples of the tasks that I currently do: Email management Entering jobs into job system Monitoring job system to ensure jobs are updated and billed out Pricing jobs to bill clients Checking supplier invoice prices against previous prices Following up unpaid invoices Uploading receipts/supplier invoices to Hubdoc, Receiptbank etc Insurance claims Research Creating forms/templates General admin tasks and much much more I do all work myself, nothing is outsourced. I won’t take on a client or task that I don’t think I can excel with. If need be, I will help you find someone who can do the job. I also work with a registered BAS Agent, so if you need your bookkeeping taken care of too, we can help you with that too. If this sounds like something that will help you out, let’s have a chat. Leave a comment below, shoot me a message, email me at [email protected] or call/text me on 0457 817 161

11.01.2022 Is the paperless office possible? From an administrative point of view YES! The odd bit of paper is inevitable. But there are so many options available to transform your paper to a digital copy. I find this is especially the case with financial documents- your supplier invoices, receipts, bank statements. Ask your suppliers to email you invoices (set up a dedicated email for your accounts to keep them all in one place) and if you aren’t already, start using Receipt Bank for t...hose pesky paper receipts. Simply snap a photo of the receipt and upload, then your bookkeeper can do the rest! Other financial documents can be scanned and stored online. The best part is no more clutter in your office. If you need help getting this in place, get in touch today!
