My friend Nicole Boyle has great online classes where she shares free exercises, healthy eating tips etc. her Facebook profile is Cre8tive fitness community, ...really worth joining and getting fit at home. Also I wanted to share with you my Yin Yoga regime I swear by for pain releif, you can do it at your own pace and make your own stretch session.
