21.01.2022 Since hearing this quote I havent been able to shake it. As preschool teachers we encounter angry kids but if we approach their anger as a bodyguard for sadnes...s it helps ease our response. There is little urge to punish a sad child but the desire to punish an angry one is quick to surface. If we can reframe it we can hopefully better help the child work through the emotions and find a constructive solution without responding in anger ourselves. See more
