20.01.2022 Some days Thor makes the most amazing dinners for us. Other days he just takes 20 seconds out of his morning to wiz up my vitabrits into a very yum banana smoothie. So much cheaper than buying an upandgo!

19.01.2022 Time for a new batch of taco seasoning! We like this pretty hot and use it at least one a week to season chicken to have in wraps. It's perfect for a punch of flavour and keeps in a jar in the cupboard for ages!

16.01.2022 Cinco de Mayo? Great excuse for chicken and spinach enchiladas. So yum and amazing that you can cook the sauce, steam the chicken and steam the spinach separately but at the same time before combining. Thor is VERY good at multitasking. 09.01.2022 Lasagne for dinner! Almost forgot to take a pic. Didn't tell the boys that I replaced half the meat with lentils. Didn't tell my mum that there is her most hated veg celery in it. All parties loved it.

07.01.2022 Thermomix allowed me to make an amazing quiche with one hand out of action due to stitches from a mole removal. One handed cooking meant I served up a quiche that I dropped trying to get out of the oven with my left hand . On the plus side it landed on the oven door so was totally edible and tasted awesome.
