22.01.2022 Surrounded by open space, wildlife, trees and farm animals Mt Bundy Station provided a lovely atmosphere for this year's annual weekend yoga retreat My dear friend Mandy from TrueLife Yoga and myself are honoured to offer our program of yoga, meditation, guided relaxations, free time, and delicious wholesome meals to facilitate full immersion in quieting the mind, limbering the body, resting and recharging. We are so grateful for the contribution of each participant to create a caring community and a wonderfully fulfilling, enjoyable retreat. Thank you everyone for a beautiful weekend

19.01.2022 My favourite things to do in a twist is to.. Inhale slowy roll my head to one side...Exhale slowly roll it back. I find it so soothing it's like gently unwinding and releasing my neck and flows down my spine so I can completely release into the posture.
