20.01.2022 With the craziness that 2020 bought and having to change our end of year celebration but not wanting to miss the oppurtunity for the children to show off their amazing singing and dancing we decided to give them the oppurtunity to perform for the camera for us to share with our families on Xplor daily, so please watch out for all the videos and share a comment. The Kinder 2 children were especially excited to share theirs, so take a look and we hope you enjoy as much as they did. CONGRATULATIONS to our graduating class of 2020. 14.01.2022 Easton and Lyla wanted to wear their pajamas to childcare last week which turned in to lots of children asking to wear theirs so we made a day of it!! They had so much fun sharing their ‘jamies’ and doing some special pajama activities!!

12.01.2022 What a fabulous day for ‘Clean up Australia Day’. As a service we put our gloves on and got our rubbish bags ready to clean up the car park and fence area. Each room then extended on this finding different ways to teach about our environment and how to keep it safe. Have a look at these photos and watch out on XPLOR for more ... 11.01.2022 Welcome back to Nido Early School Golden Grove for 2021! Here are some of the fun things the children have been up to over their first few weeks in their new rooms for the year! We look forward to sharing our journey with you all!

10.01.2022 While playing in the big yard, the children began collecting some beautiful coloured leaves from the garden. They were interested in the different colours and shapes. When it was time to go inside, the children brought the ones they’d collected with them. When inside, Angus, Heath, Asher, Eli, Aria, Liam S, and Ava each had a turn standing in front of their friends, who were sitting down for group time, to show the leaves they’d found. Angus: Well this one is called a ...leaf. Mine’s spinning, this is called a spinning leaf. (As he spun the leaf around in his hand) Heath: It’s brown and black. It’s brown on this side, and look! It’s brown on this side! Asher: "I got this leaf from in the big yard!" Eli: "Look, I found these leaves and they are different colours!" Aria: Look! Look! Ha ha ha ha! I’m funny! (As she held the leaf over her eyes) Liam S: I’ve got so many! It’s got a hole in it. I’ve got a brown one. Ava: I found this one, it’s got black and green! Ava held up the red and black leaf for everyone to get a good look at. Educator, Ashley: I wonder what happened to the leaf to make it go darker on some parts... Heath: Maybe a fire Eli: Maybe it was in jail Max: Maybe there were two leaves stuck together Jeremy: It was in the big yard for a long time Elsie: Maybe it’s old Jade: Yeah, it’s old Mia got out some paper to draw a picture of the leaves that they had found.
