It doesn’t have to be anything fancy or time consuming like burning a sage stick (unless that is your thing). The secret it having a consistent routine. For example it could be something like shower, get into PJs brush teeth & in bed at 10 pm. A regular night time routine will do wonders for the quality and quantity of sl...eep you get.
