12.01.2022 Sorry clients....No massages for a week or so while this little guy and I recover from our ordeal. He had a run in with a car, and my hand had a run in with his teeth when I picked him up off the rd in shock and pain. We are so lucky to still have him it’s actually a miracle I’m still able to talk so still opened for counselling and mind-body eating coaching sessions (in person or via zoom).

04.01.2022 I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all my clients who have stopped wearing perfume and deodorant sprays on the days they are coming for a massage. This issue has gradually worsened over the past few years for me. My reaction to fragrance includes sinus congestion and pain, watery eyes, stomach pain and nausea. I’ve even started reacting to the fragrance in people clothes that comes from their detergent. ... I’ve started reading this book to learn more about this sensitivity and also the reasons why I and many others react to the synthetic chemicals that are everywhere in our environment. Thank you again for your support. It makes a huge difference
