On average about 4 hours a day have been invested into getting this off the ground for the last month and a half. ... As many of you know I’m still working a full time contract role, I have a 18 month old baby PLUS pre-launching my book and running my coaching business. People ask me how I juggle everything... Self care - 7-8 hours sleep pretty much every night. Healthy diet and supplements. Gym 3-5 days a week. Health comes first above business.
