20.01.2022 Such a beautiful feed back we received today. Hi Anita Gina and Sarah were amazing instructors for the intensive week.... I could see Logan and Marla improve in the week. It was so lovely they moved up together they are best friends brother sister and were so exited. Sarah helped them with their posture, correct technique and gave them confidence, and a little bit of fun at the end they loved it , thank you. ALSO the wooden pallet booths out the front are great little private dividers to get changed into, we exit the building immediately and have been using them to change to avoid overcrowding at lesson change over time. 06.01.2022 Welcome back to Term 1 2022 to all of our returning families and welcome to the Nippers 2 Flippers community to those who have joined us this term. For Week 1, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday and Saturday lessons are on as normal. For our Wednesday swimmers, your lessons will commence February 2nd. Please be patient as the desk is always busy for the first couple of weeks.... For our new familes, please arrive a little early so we can show you around and give you a chance to settle in before your class commences. Have fun, learn lots and stay safe! We have missed you all and cannot wait to see all your smiling faces back in the pool

05.01.2022 Nippers 2 Flippers families, Following the new Covid restrictions put in place this morning masks are mandatory for all spectators at swimming aged 12 and older from 5pm this afternoon until midnight Monday. Thank you for your understanding and these rules have been put in place by the NSW Government.

05.01.2022 Our fantastic instructor Olivia is taking part in a ration challenge to raise money for refugees. This is unrelated to N2F but I thought I might let everyone know. This week I am doing the Ration Challenge- if you haven’t heard of it before, it’s an initiative by Act For Peace where you eat the same rations given to a Syrian refug...ee for one week. I’m very lucky to have the luxury of stopping after 7 days- some people eat these rations for years on end, on top of enduring some of the worst humanitarian conditions our world has seen. Today is Day 3, I finish the challenge on Sunday. I understand things at the moment are difficult with finances due to COVID-19, however if you are interested and able to donate to support me and support the men, women and children who need our help more than ever, here is the link to donate! 01.01.2022 Dear families we are super excited to be returning to swimming lessons on Monday, we have been working hard to ensure the centre is abiding by the current rules and regulations set by the NSW government. Entry via reception and exit via the side door (only staff are permitted to enter the reception area via the glass sliding door) Follow the signs in and around the centre... Please sanitize hands on arrival One parent permitted per family inside the centre (no younger siblings unless they are in a pram for the duration of the lesson) The showers are currently unavailable however you may use the toilets Spectators must maintain social distancing Parents may wait outside during their child's lessons if they prefer Hints and Tip's It would be an idea to be prepared for the cooler months ahead by having a dressing gown, ugg boots, hair wrap ready to take them home for a warm shower Please be on time for your lesson On completion of lessons it is imperative you collect your child promptly " DRY...WRAP...GO " What are the staff doing? All staff are COVID trained Staff are being vigilant with hygiene practices ie sanitizing all equipment between classes A COVID officer will be on hand at all times to ensure all rules are being enforced All staff have the right to remove a child from the pool if they are deemed unwell and or are showing any COVID symptoms We are all in this together and we cant wait to have all our swimmers back in the pool.
