25.01.2022 Have you struggled with bloating, sore belly, constipation & haemorrhoids? This is me. I have had at least one of these symptoms for as long as I remember. Around 12 years ago I decided focus on my gut health. This was to eliminate pain and that uncomfortable feeling after most meals. -... This year after giving birth I was blessed with Haemorrhoids Ouchie! ouch! ouch! 05.01.2022 After many months of watching my husband cringe whilst massaging my puffy swollen feet (i mean not everyone loves supporting feet as much as I do), I finally came up with a solution to support us both. Using a Face roller & Gua Sha. These are great to support lymphatic drainage and puffiness for the face - why not the feet. ...
