17.01.2022 Just had a plug for my PT business on Triple M! Massive thanks to the guys over there for putting me on the radio! If you are here because of that plug, then shoot me a message or send me a text! I would love to hear about you and your fitness goals!

16.01.2022 Cheesy but relevant post alert! In recent months I haven't been in the greatest headspace. These things happen in life, even to the strongest of people like your role models. I put this photo here because I was having an epiphany driving home from basketball after a win and couldn't think of anything relevant to put up haha. This came after I missed a MOMENT where I thought I saw an old friend who I haven't seen in years, and instead of calling out his name I drove off and m...essaged him. Turns out it was him, so I missed out on potentially having a great conversation with that old friend. This lead me to think that I have been living life by looking and assessing everything as a whole, which lately has been less than satisfying. By looking at life with that perspective it has been making me feel upset and unmotivated. As a result of feeling that way I have turned down a lot of opportunities to have positive MOMENTS in life which could possibly change everything. The point of this rambling nonsense is that life should be lived in MOMENTS, not days, weeks, months, years. I have always looked back at previous years and said to myself "that one sucked, let's do better." The issue with that mindset is that as soon as something goes wrong, you associate a long period of time with that negative experience. By looking at a negative experience as simply a MOMENT, it seems less impactful on life in general and can be turned around by experiencing the next positive MOMENT that presents itself. A lot of people say that you should find the silver lining in negative experiences. I personally think that is complete and utter nonsense. Bad things happen, they happen to everyone. What you can't do is control them, but you can acknowledge them and move on. There are people out there who have had some very bad things happen to them. You can't tell them it's okay to be happy. You can't tell them to move on. You can't tell them to ignore it. It's okay for them (or you) to be sad, angry, frustrated. What you can do for yourself and for that person is to enjoy the next MOMENT you have together. This will build stronger bonds with you and them. One's that will last forever.

15.01.2022 Hey guys! I have just launched my website (still needs some photos), but the idea is to allow you to easily customise your own workout program at affordable prices! https://powerkrause.square.site/... Have a look, if you have any feedback - I am open to it!

10.01.2022 Hope you have all had a fantastic weekend! Try to start your week right tomorrow, do one o more of the following; Go for a walk... Do workout (home'based or gym-based) Eat nutrient-dense foods Stay hydrated

09.01.2022 Massive props to my client Rob. Second time doing trap bar deadlifts and already smashing reps at roughly his bodyweight! Rob has been diligent with all of his previous preparation exercises and the results are showing! Super excited to see his progress!

01.01.2022 The big fella @hoverboard81 crushing his leg workout. Starting with glute burnouts for 60 seconds, he has to jump straight into his trap bar deadlifts then finish with some sprint work. The focus for Matt is to create neural adaptations over time as we have been primarily focusing on dropping his body fat, but also fine tuning his running technique.... Next time he misses a fist bump he's getting burpees
