20.01.2022 #Repost @drivenbybeautyblog @no.filters.beauty has left my skin with a big change... . . I was excited to try this kaolin CRAY CLAY mask as it contained retinol palmitate. However, I was skeptical s to how effective it would be as I have been using prescription retinol for over a decade and I work in a industry where I am able to prescribe it to patients. .... . To say I am impressed is an understatement. I was shocked to notice ANY effect. After each mask my closed comedones (blackheads) were less, pores were refined. Immediately post mask skin was hydrated and smoother thanks to the Vit E and Lactic acid. Any breakouts were attacked with the retinol palmitate and dried out with the clay and which hazel. The mask was definitely suited to all skin types. I have no qualms about recommending this to my patients who have dry skin however I would say to them to do it 1-2 times a fortnight. Whereas if your oily you can do it 3-4 times a fortnight. And increase with time. The greatest long term benefit to this is the liquorice root. Which is proven to reduce pigmentation. It is one of the key ingredients in potent cosmeceuticals that I’ve worked with and to be quiet honest this mask has all of the key ingredients together in one neat package. It requires little effort. Just slap it on, chill out and be sure to thoroughly cleanse it off. It’s that simple. 5 out of 5 . . I also love the name of this product. Cray Clay . . FYI If you don’t thoroughly remove an active ingredient mask such as this, you may find yourself having opposite results. Regardless, with any clay mask it is imperative to remove with a double cleanse to ensure the pores aren’t clogged overnight.
