However! the gym will be open 7am til 1pm, thanks to our covid marshals Chris and Natalie, make sure you get in and train between those hours! Have a fun and safe weekend everyone!

14.01.2022 Hello guys i hope that you are all safe and well.. So there is finally some Boxing activity on the horizon. For those looking to make a road trip south of the b...order. Boxing Austrlia is running a tournament in November. This is open to all and will have a Masters catagory. Some Masters have already registered.. As with any other tournament the more of us that enter the more people from other states will. I am in the process of looking into the logistics of taking a team down as are some other coaches. So get amongst it people.. This may be the only chance any of us get to fight in 2020.

Due to new covid-19 restrictions starting 12:01am Saturday 1st August an appointed Covid safety Marshall must be present for all operational hours, all entrants to the premises must bring their own towel, check in and sanitize hands on arrival. The hours where staff will be present and members can use the facility are as follows....
