17.01.2022 I'm going to show you a couple of exercises that you can do easily to wake up your chi, and your energy and relieve tension first exercise we're going to do is the breathing exercises. We'll try and take a nice breath in, also helping to move. This exercise that I'm going to do is helping with our breathing but also helping to move the chest. So the first thing we do is we have a feel of our tummy. We'll try and take a nice breath in. And if you can't do that, I would suggest... that you need to just do the shoulders a bit of a back roll, have a bit of a regal trying to relax the upper body and take a bit of the de-stress, the stress out of the body to breathing in, and then, and then breathing in again with the arms, and then relax. Breathing in, again, and relax, and swing the arm so the chest, and not just the arms but you're actually rotating your trunk to try and move those ribs and expand your lungs and move the air through your body.
