14.01.2022 Conducting a hazard reduction burn on your property will help stop a bushfire from starting and spreading. Not sure if you need a permit to light a fire? Fires that don’t need a permit are: Less than two metres in any direction. Lit outdoors in a proper fireplace for the purpose of cooking (e.g. BBQ and camp fires) Certain fires used by primary producers and for industrial purposes. If you require a permit please contact our local fire warden Max on 0438 854 474. If you require assistance with your burn please contact Max.
