20.01.2022 Over the weekend the Federal Government revealed the 3 step re-opening plan. The curve has been flattening for the last few weeks and we should all be proud of how Australians have come together and worked as a whole in combating the spread of COVID-19! Anyone who has been to the clinic would have seen the changes in place at NRMC, including temperature screening on arrival, limiting waiting room capacity to less than 10 groups, off -site assessment for those with respiratory symptoms (see website for more details). We thank everyone in our community for their understanding Your health safety is our priority.

The lifting of restrictions this week has been a great step forward to getting back to the things we love and I’m sure we are all more-than-ready to enjoy our greater freedoms once again. It’s not over yet unfortunately and the government is urging everyone to continue to get tested if you have any COVID related symptoms. A friendly reminder that we offer testing for COVID and we continue to be able to assess patients who have respiratory symptoms or fever in our specialised Assessment Clinic, which is conveniently set up by appointment. Stay safe everyone!
