16.01.2022 Dear Valued Clients We would like to assure you that we are monitoring the current Coronavirus situation carefully and have the health and safety of our staff and our clients as our key priority. We would like to update you on some measures that we are currently taking: - For the past month, we have heightened the attention to hygiene and have instigated more frequent hand washing procedures by all staff and are following the WHO correct handwashing procedure.... - We encourage all our staff to practice social distancing and will try and always stand at least a meter away from other staff members and clients where practical. - Leanne and Cherie are regularly disinfecting and sanitising counters, EFTPOS machines, high-touch surfaces etc. Leanne and Cherie are also conducting clean downs throughout the day at regular intervals. The adjusting tables are constantly being sanitised. With each of us doing our part, we can reduce the risk and adverse impacts to our staff, clients and community. Please be patient with our staff as we deal with this challenging situation while maintaining our commitment to you, our valuable clients. Stay safe and healthy and let's look out for each other.
