18.01.2022 Northam Mazda and Suzuki are looking for a mature person with great customer service skills to join the business in the role of Service Advisor. Reporting to th...e Service Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for meeting and greeting service clients to discuss their requirements for communication through to the workshop. Duties will also involve booking in service work as well a costing jobs on their completion.some mechanical knowledge would be an advantage but not vital as there are adequately trained staff to assist where required. Strong interpersonal skills area must a are very good computer skills. NorthamMazda and Suzuki have a very strong customer focus and this position has arisen through its business growth over the last several months. Both brands are quality products and vehicle failure is rare with any support from both manufacturers close at hand who are both also strongly customer focussed. Obviously this role is an integral part of the Service team and do we are looking for someone who wants to work with and be part of a very successful team. Training will be extensive and remuneration will be appropriate for the skills and attributes of the applicant. A manual drivers licence is also required.
