It MUST have their Taxi Driver ID number. 2. A photo that clearly displays the face of the driver. 3. The drivers name (no less than their first name, but can include their surname). Licensed taxi drivers have to undergo strict police and medical clearances to ensure your safety. If these 3 things arent featured on display, the taxi ID is not considered valid and you could be getting driven around by anyone!
