LWL is a 6 week, high level strength training workshop for women, aimed at promoting women being more comfortable to use all of the equipment in the gym. Our knowledgeable trainer, Laura will teach participants compound movements, strength work outs, dieting & more! ... Spaces are limited to 8 participants contact the centre for more info!
