21.01.2022 Darcy is one of our patients at the clinic. He is kind, loving, funny and has recently been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. At 4 years old, this is incredibly heart breaking for his family and anyone else who knows this little guy. He is in desperate need now of a Bone marrow transplant, and unfortunately the international bone marrow register has been unable to find a match. The family are asking for community support to find a donor for Darcy. To be a donor you on...ly need to register and receive a pack for matching. Finding a match will help Darcy in his fight against this. If you are able, please register and get a kit to increase Darcy’s chance of finding a match. **Darcy’s story has been shared with the permission of his parents**

19.01.2022 You may have seen that our state premier has announced a further easing of COVID related restrictions in WA from the 6th June! While we welcome the increased freedom to move around the community and return to some form of normality, we want to assure you all that the safety and well-being of our patients and staff is still our first priority. We will continue to work hard every day to maintain the hygiene practices that have already been so effective in reducing the risk of i...nfection in our clinic. 18.01.2022 To all our patients, With the current situation surrounding COVID-19 in Australia and worldwide, Northern Districts chiropractic centre is putting in some precautionary measures to protect our staff and patients. While we have always had hygiene practices and cleaning standards in place, as a precaution, we have introduced a number of additional measures to reduce the risk and support a safe environment. ... We ask that all patients travelling overseas notify staff at the clinic. At this time we will only offer appointment bookings two weeks after returning to Perth. If you should require help within two weeks of returning to Perth our Chiropractor is happy to support you via phone consultation. We have reinforced with our staff the importance of monitoring their own health and if they feel unwell or are showing signs of illness, they are to remain at home. For the safety and health of our staff and the whole community, we are also asking all of our patients to practice good general hygiene and if feeling unwell, to remain at home and phone the clinic to reschedule your appointment. 18.01.2022 Due to new information from the Chief Medical officer and the Australian Chiropractors Association, NDCC will be closing shifts as per guidelines. Patients will be notified of any changes of appointments and offered alternative appointments. We thank everyone for there patience in working with our staff during this ever evolving situation.
