20.01.2022 Yesterdays action

20.01.2022 G'day everyone. Soooo it looks like we can get the season under way. We have a start date of October 31 for div 2 and the 7th for div 3. Our kids will get under way on the night of 27th. In saying this we will be making the most of this Covid situation to push forward as a club to make a mark in WDCA.... We are having working bee this Sunday at Purnim at 10am. Which we will be following Covid guidelines. This year there will be a rule for all senior players to at least attend 1 working bee. It's 2 hours of your time over the year which I think we can all manage. As we all know more hands make light work. And to preserve our great facilities we want all hands on deck. With a lot to be done in readiness for our first training. The first training will be 27th Sept at Purnim. 10.00am start for the Juniors 10.30 am Seniors. If weather changes I will run a Facebook post with updates of changes so if you know some one that hasn't liked our page please pass on to do so. We have a lot of new faces so let's get the ball rolling into this new venture by starting with great numbers to our first training. And making our new players feel welcome with an elbow tap knuckles or a tap of boots haha. We have to train in groups of 10 as per Covid restrictions which I'm sure Deb will post in coming days the restrictions we will have to follow by it will be testing at times but we need to adapt and follow them. But if you cannot attend working bee or training please let myself now through messenger or on my mob 0431634505 Or pass on to Jake or Joe. Training this year will be compulsory to wear a white collared shirt also. Looking forward to it with the club being in a great position to push hard for success in 20/21 Cheers Brycey See more
