23.01.2022 ITS ALL ABOUT THE PROTRUSION A rebuild I done a little while ago on a Iveco engine removed from a Hitachi FD175 Dozer. The engine was spitting coolant out the exhaust. I have to say this was not the most pleasurable job to do but a bit unique in that there is no counter bore or liner o-rings. The liner protrusion is set by shims on the bottom side of the liners and acts as the seal. Found the liner protrusion were all over the shop. So the engine was removed for a rebuild

22.01.2022 A/C Repairs This A/C hasn't seen any love for a while. The system was freezing up due to the Evaporator being clogged but also found the Thermistor faulty not cycling the the Compressor out on low temp.

20.01.2022 621J Scraper - Heart Upgrade Look at this old girl still going strong thanks to a power upgrade (CAT 3406) Engine was second hand but got a bit of a birthday - Valve Set, Aftercooler Re Seal, Rear Main Seal. Also had to change sump and oil pump and pick ups before install.... Doesn't matter if its New or Old anything is possible

05.01.2022 Red Dot Install The old A/C on this Dozer was pretty sad so we were given the task of supplying and installing a new system. Just need to fit a protective cover and she is good to go. The Red Dot units are very efficient and cost effective option when comparing them to the cost of replacement genuine parts. Spare parts are readily available if required. They are relatively easy to install and are a breeze to maintain due to being so accessible compared to a lot of factory sys...tems.
