25.01.2022 So the bridge is FINALLY finished!! (while maintaining all physical distancing requirements) With steel supports on both sides (painted white) this bridge is ready to have almost ANYTHING driven over it. I have to add to the story here, that this almost did not end so well today. This weekend presented its own (unique) set of challenges, and while doing my best to juggle a lot of priorities, the steel for this job was not delivered as requested, and I have to say I was freaki...ng out (a-lottle). So... as any sane human does, at 6:00am on a Sunday morning I was laying in bed wondering where ON EARTH I was going to find the steel I needed on a Sunday morning and a search of FaceBook Marketplace uncovered Kelly from Mates Rates Steel, in 15 minutes of me sending her a message at about 7:30am I had the information I needed, Unbelievable!! Super convenient, super accomodating, super fast, and hands down the BEST price I could find. I am SO grateful for finding their service, if ANYONE needs steel (and lets face it I will), please think of this amazing business, in this time we can all do with it!! Very happy clients, very happy me, and celebrating with a little Malbec. Thank you all

23.01.2022 So this is part way through a deck resurfacing project!! And now we have the whole finished product!!! This came up amazingly. Just need some more belts for the sander and a short break, it's hot out here today, stay cool and safe everyone . Apply plenty of sunscreen if you're outdoors like me!! The bridge was needed to shorten the trip in getting a mower from the back of the property to the front of the property. 09.01.2022 Assembled this 3x2 meter Absco shed for my very happy customer in Albion on Saturday, and assisted by a swarm of the most beautiful native Australian bees (the hive was in an external wall!!). It was a great pleasure to build this cave for my client and her children. 04.01.2022 So I figure it is about time I introduced the team to the world. I know there is a lot of concern regarding this virus getting around the world (for reference, this business is a side business, my full time job is as a health and safety advisor, and oh yes I have been overrun with work on this bad boy, so I do apologise if my response times have been a little slow recently) and we are here to support as much as we possibly can, even if that is with some pics of the NPS fam to... make us smile a little, as a way of saying thanks for the local support we have received. So in this photo is the MD and CFO, guess who is who. This is us at the Melany botanic gardens and bird sanctuary (you have to visit this place, and yep, 100% interactive, even handling the amazing macaws). Zoe is my chief fun officer , and life decision director, and the other one is me, Daniel Ryan Scott As much as I love all of the work North Property Services do, I also have this little bundle of love and joy in my life and love spending as much quality time with her as I can. I will introduce the next member of the crew soon too, it can sometimes be hard getting a moment to take a photo together, but will get that up soon. In any case, in this time of uncertainty, I hope everyone is staying safe, I know this can be very hard (and it will have a material impact on all levels of work), but please follow all of the requests for hygiene and distancing we are being requested to. Ultimately it will help to reduce the spread of this virus, and our economy will be back on its feet sooner. And if you feel compelled, throw up some interesting ways you are isolating as we start locking ourselves down.
