21.01.2022 Congratulations to all the clubs Grand Finalists. Good Luck on the Weekend. UP NORTH RYDE!!!!

21.01.2022 What our club is all about. AA9 have two games today. So they reached out to other teams to give them some subs for the early game. Kyle form AA13 was awesome and nailed 2 cracking goals.... Albert and Diego from AA14 were heavily involved. Jack Crane and Sam Mears form AA15 had a great run. The lads drew 2 all and importantly gave their team fresh enough to turn it on in their knock out comp game later today. Thank you lads.

17.01.2022 The great thing about football is how it brings people together. These two boys go to different schools and live in different suburbs but have become great frie...nds through football. They won their morning match, helped packed the field, kicked the ball around after the game, then sat down for a hearty chat. See more

15.01.2022 North Ryde Soccer Club vs Epping FC 8/5 Round 5 Super League Update 1st Grade, North Ryde’s 1st grade side were looking to bounce back against Epping FC after last weeks loss. Playing away from home and under the lights at Epping’s home ground, the lads faced unique conditions that they wouldn't have come across many times before. With the first half being a ping-pong like affair the match was very much in the balance with heading into half time trailing 1-0. ... An enthusiastic and motivated Adrian Tamplin, lifted the boys spirits and it was evident that it was shown by the boys with a quick equaliser locking the scores up in the 50th minute. The boys once again gave it everything they had with Ben Sciancalepore picking up a double to make the score 2-2 with 10 mins to play. Unfortunately, North Ryde conceded a penalty in the 88th minute and the final score being 3-2 Epping FC’S way. Ressie’s North Ryde looked to make it back to back wins for the first time in their super league season. They knew they had what it took to win the game against Epping FC and the lads did just that. Starting the game off strong and sticking to their strengths, North Ryde posted the first goal in the 10th minute mark thanks to the length of the field assist by Max Wilmont. North Ryde took control of the first half dominating it with possession, taking the first half leading 1-0. North Ryde came out in the 2nd half just like they did in the 1st, with sticking to their game plan of out chasing, out challenging and out scoring their opponents. Thanks to a double by Liam Story North Ryde ended up making it back to back wins for the first time this season being victorious 2-1 over Epping FC. A lot positives to take from both games over the day the boys should be immensely proud of themselves and representing the club and most importantly always showing that North Ryde spirit of never taking a backwards step and fighting to the end. A big thanks also to our supporters for coming out to support the North Ryde boys, look forward in seeing you all at the games through the season. Yours truly, Hayden Allen

14.01.2022 https://www.ryde.nsw.gov.au//Have-/Magdala-Park-Masterplan #Magdalaisforlocalsport The council is conducting consultation with the Ryde residents to determine what is to be developed at Magdala Park.... The consultation process finishes on the weekend 30th August 2020, so we would really appreciate you adding your feedback before the cut-off. The NRSC is petitioning * More space for playing and training * More parking space * Better clubhouse facilities more appropriately located * A artificial surface for Seniors and Juniors to minimise field closure due to wet weather. Also less injuries for players with uneven ground.

08.01.2022 So proud of the mighty 45/5s. We had a double header this weekend. Played well yesterday and stiff to only get a 2-2 draw. Lost our player of the match to injury.... We called on Bruce Lindsay to help us out. He was mighty until straing a jammie in the second half. Bottom line. We went down 0-1. It was bloody hot and the lads were still sore from yesterday. We made some changes on bang bang bang 3-1 at half time. 2nd half we were still under the pump. However we stuck to our guns and nailed two more goals to win 5-1 and move to the top of table. So proud of these blokes!!! Cheers, simmo

07.01.2022 North Ryde Soccer Club Super League Update 1st Grade... It was the season opener that the club and players have been waiting for in anticipation, our new and young team came up against the highly regarded and motivated Gladesville Ravens. Our lads came out of the shed, lead by the captain Luke Anderson with plenty of energy and passion resulting in the opening goal for the season 10 minutes in by Conner Lovely to lead 1-0, this fired up our impressive North Ryde Soccer supporters that arrived in plenty of numbers. However, this motivated the strong Ravens team to regroup and start pressing our mids and back line scoring shortly after, with some impressive chips over the backline. Down 3-1 at half time the lads remained composed and continued to fight and show some impressive plays, however the Ravens were too strong running in another 3 goals from scrambling play within the goal mouth. There was plenty of learning that emerged from the game and in parts some really positive moments that kept the team in good spirits. Ressie’s A great day to open the season with our young and new Super League reserve grade team, lead out of the change room by captain Hayden Allan. They dominated play in parts to again impress our big group of supporters, the team as a group looked great across the park and showed a lot of fight, especially the younger 16-year old’s in Cameron Duffy & Jack Anderson that impressed us all. A few cheeky chips that lapped over our back line making it very difficult for our Goalkeeper Darcey Howard conceding mid 1st half, followed by a run-away counter attack that saw the lads scramble to defend without success, conceding another to have the lads down 2-0 at half time. The lads ran back on with plenty of fight in them and looked impressive with the ball, only conceding in the 65th minute from 35yd lofted free kick grazing the side of the attacking Ravens striker resulting in the ball being in the back of our net. The lads created opportunities in front of goals that would have changed the momentum if only a little luck bounced our way. It was a great fight from a new squad with plenty of promising signs, even though we were a little short on troops due to injury and holiday makers, we were very proud of the North Ryde spirit shown in the never taking a backwards step and fighting to the end. A big thanks to our supporters for coming out to support the new North Ryde Soccer Club Super League, look forward in seeing you all at the games through the season.
