18.01.2022 IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT GRADING DAY This sundays (10am to 2pm) new player grading day is only for new players. Due to restrictions still in place we have been given permission to invite new people but it is not open for general practise. There is a meeting at 1pm tomorrow with association representatives to ensure that B and C Grade teams do not cont...ain players playing below their ability. If you have any concerns about any of the nominated players, please contact your association ASAP. SQEBF will not be responding to queries from individual members. Not all A Grade and Women's teams have been submitted yet. As the deadline for A Grade and Women has not yet come, those teams are subject to change.

15.01.2022 BREAKING NEWS Ready’s 8 Ball Cue Sports Christmas Cup for 2020 has just reached another level and has been inundated with interest We have decided that... no one should miss out on the 2020 Christmas Cup so, we are now having a 128 draw instead of a 64 Draw. We have been absolutely inundated with interest, registrations and entries to this years comp and we Thankyou. For 21 Years Brent has been running this comp and NEVER has he had a 128 Draw. SO......what does this mean for the two days you ask!!! Well, We now have to now start the comp on the Friday 18th Dec (Time to be confirmed) We may need to reduce the 1st Round to a Race to 5, instead of Race to 7 (to be confirmed) Calcutta will be done online on Thursday Night - 17th Dec Draw will be done straight after that on the Thursday night so we are ready to hit the ground running. Once done, we will post the draw and we will ask that anyone who is able to play on the Friday, please let us know. Prize Money will be higher. Hopefully $2000 to the winner (TBC) More Player Lucky Door Prizes Thankyou to those that have registered and paid and for those that are yet to deposit your entry, please deposit ASAP to secure your spot. 09.01.2022 Dear Members, As Queensland continues to enforce tough restrictions to contain the spread of CVOID-19, The Queensland Eight Ball Federation adopts it is our res...ponsibility to help flatten the coronavirus curve and keep you safe. In order to do this, the management committee has canceled the QLD Cup which was due to take place from October 3 to October 5 2020 at Norths Cue Sports, Bramble Bay. Other events shall be discussed in the near future and we endeavor to give 30 days notice, bearing in mind government restrictions are out of our control. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We are looking forward to hosting these prestigious events with you in the future, once the global health pandemic passes. B GRADE Due to State of Origin THIS HAS TO BE MOVED TO MONDAY NIGHTS. It will be played Mondays 23/11, 30/11 and 7/12. B GRADERS PLEASE COMMENT BELOW THAT YOU ARE STILL ABLE TO PLAY ON THE MONDAY.
