And whilst there Rod did a bit of retaining and paving........ 6000 of them to be a bit more precise!!! What do you think? ...... not about the pavers. How gorgeous is Ray? ... 20.01.2022 Oh boy it seems like forever since weve posted an update! Were the busiest weve ever been at the moment. Rods even working some weekends!!! Its playing havoc with his all important Saturday lunchtime lounge naps . Heres a very very small snapshot of some of what weve been up to in the last few months. Hope everyone stayed safe during the pandemic.

19.01.2022 So were still going strong through whats possibly going to be the hardest year ever for most small businesses in Australia...... probably the world!!! Heres a few before and during shots of our latest project. Our favourite little Mudjimba beach shack is getting a new kitchen, butlers pantry, dining room, windows, doors and the last of its new cladding. We think that this is going to look nothing short of spectacular once finished! Stay tuned everyone and stay safe. And always, always remember......... Be kind to dogs !

18.01.2022 We're going to call this project ' Petra's cubby house ' Here's what we're doing on our weekends for the next few months. It's a studio for our great friend, neighbour and very talented local foodie Petra Hughes. It's a nice short commute to work. And 10/10 for the view!

17.01.2022 And here it is !!! Our latest completed project... A cute as a button self contained studio complete with new Ekodeck pool deck and glass pool fence. What a thoroughly enjoyable couple of months, thanks Bec and Gary.

15.01.2022 Happy Sunday wonderful people! So were one month out from Christmas. And as we did last year. Were not going to do our traditional Christmas hampers for our valued clients. This year, as last were going to be purchasing goods for the Sippy creek animal refuge on your behalf. BUT..... This year were also asking you guys if youd like to donate anything as well. Last year we took your donation and used it to guilt the suburb of Bli Bli into a massive pile of stuff for the... unfortunate little puppies and kitties out there. This year were doing it again through the Bli Bli locals Facebook page and hoping to get even more than last time. If youd like to donate anything to the charity drive were more than happy to collect it from you, just message or call us. And youre also more than welcome to drop it at our place in Bli Bli... you might even get some hugs and kisses from Ralphie and Minnie while youre here! Theres been some very interesting and satisfying projects that made it a very enjoyable and busy year. 12.01.2022 Annnnnddddd finally!!! We’re out of the ground on the next big project. Footings are down on what will be a 2 bed granny flat in what we think is one of the most stunning locations on the coast. Stay tuned everyone for updates. 09.01.2022 What do you do when you reach that point in your life when youre either just too old or just too damn classy to jump in and out of the window to get onto the new patio? Ask us to replace your aluminium slider with a pair of aluminium French doors of course! A slightly challenging but very very satisfying little job. With wonderful results! Thanks Karen. Thatll keep the dogs fed for little while

09.01.2022 Oh arent we lucky Rods a much better carpenter than photographer! Lol So heres just a little tiny bit of what weve been up to for the last few months. Were going to call this So long peaches youll get it when you see the before shots. A long overdue update on a functional but tired old en-suite. Thanks to the usual suspects ....... Rhys from RC plumbing and drainage. ... All of the boys at Michael Vella Electrical The team at Custom Built Cabinets ( Rod made the top and legs ) Bradnams for another top quality Screen. John from Screens Plus for the shutter And the lovely girl at Jerry and the tile makers that didnt laugh at us for trying to find feature tiles 2 days before Christmas Great results........... now we just need some dog photos on the walls!!

09.01.2022 Oh what a year! And what an amazing project!!!! Looks like Chris our owner builder still has a little bit of painting and a couple of splash backs to do but what else are Christmas holidays for??? We had to call in a lot of favours and play super nicey nicey on the phone to get this one ready for Christmas but our amazing network of sub trades and suppliers really stepped up.

08.01.2022 The house of Northshore is awash with pride this morning!!!!!! Over the years weve designed and built some beautiful, interesting and downright weird things. But when its all over. These two odd-balls will be our proudest achievement. We were so happy and excited 6 months ago to have donated the Bli Bli Free Little Pantry to the wonderful people at the Sunshine castle that maintain it. And again this morning delivering the Bli Bli Toy and Book Library to the same wonderful ...people. We could not be happier that there are people in this little community that are willing to conceive, initiate and maintain such important charitable projects such as these. We urge you to drop something in on your way past and maybe even stop at the Sunshine castle for a coffee. And remember.......Be kind to dogs! See more

01.01.2022 The Cooroy granny flat extension is done!!!! As usual.. lol it just needs some paint. A beautifully poured driveway by Quentin and his boys at QML property maintenance finishes off the project nicely.
