14.01.2022 A massive thanks to Judo Olympian Matt D’Aquino, who taught his ARMDRAG ARSENAL at Northside Martial Arts Academy last weekendWe were honestly blown away with how the techniques applied to both Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and how his teaching style made it easy for everyone at the seminar, white to black belt, to learn the techniques Our students were able to apply these techniques straight away in training, with a high percentage of success. We thoroughly recommend these... techniques to anyone wanting to increase their takedown success in training and in competition.
