24.01.2022 To all our valued customers. Our Cooroy office has been impacted by Telstra's failure to implement porting of phone lines to our new carrier. This porting started in February this year and was only successful on Monday this week. Unfortunately though, Telstra had an outage on Monday and automatically took back all of our phone numbers from our new phone carrier. This has caused a huge problem and our phone lines are now down and not connected. We have taken this issue furthe...r with Telstra as it is simply unacceptable. We aplogise for the concern this has caused but is simply out of our control and being escalated now to the highest authority within Telstra. We should be back online by Friday. Our office is still open as it always has been and a temporary number to phone our Cooroy office has been setup by our new carrier. (07) 5313 3193. Emails are still the same. Regards David Coe

13.01.2022 Website update. Our website is now up and running again but unfortunately our phones are still down.

11.01.2022 A quick note to all our valued clients. Australia Day holiday is on Tuesday 26/01/2021 but we have decided to close our office on Monday 25/01/2021 to take advanatge of an extra long weekend. Our office will reopen on Wednesday 27/01/2021 at 8.30am.

02.01.2022 Just a quick FYI to our clients, we will be closed from Midday today for the Melbourne Cup. We will reopen 8.30am tomorrow morning as per usual.
