10.01.2022 This year I'm going to learn more about Australian indigenous foods. It's one of those resolutions I've been meaning to do for a while so here goes! I love the scent of lemon myrtle. Such a lovely citrus smell but not too sharp. I've dried some lemon myrtle leaves and ground them today so that I can use it in cooking. Dried lemon myrtle can be used in sweet or savoury dishes. A little bit goes a long way. So easy to pluck some from the garden to use. What plants or herbs do you use when cooking?
