22.01.2022 Colour temperature is a characteristic of visible light measured in Kelvins. I took this photo this morning on my way to a jobsite at Woorim. The yellow tones indicate 3000K (Warm White). Although it was only 9 deg outside, I didnt feel the "warm" aspect .....Lol

19.01.2022 Found this bird/vermon chewed light switch cable in a roof space. There are often hidden dangers in a roofspace to avoid. Always perform risk assessments and eliminate hazards.

18.01.2022 This house fire, (fueled by garden chemicals) was quickly extinquished because the smoke alarms were maintained and gave enough warning. We can test your smoke alarm systems and issue compliance certificates ....if they pass!

15.01.2022 I do lots of driving every week and only just stumbled onto this awesome little coffee shop on Steve Irwin Way. The Iced Frappe today just hit the spot! The shop is extending out the back to a deck/seating area and will eventually include live music on weekends. I appreciate the little businesses that put in big efforts.
