22.01.2022 Well the Surfing has been average at best but the good news for Jackie is plenty of beach walks and in the downtime I've had the head flamed by the Skin cancer Doc leaving an already rough head looking like a jigsaw puzzle with some missing pieces. The legacy of 45 years of Surfing also added a nice little fridge to the music room

17.01.2022 Well a no Surf day gave me time to clean the place up and due to no rain last year there was no mowing needed so nice to have the winter grasses back. Also one side of the shed hadn't been swept for about the same period so I did both sides and the paths

15.01.2022 After moving from the Scale Bay Rd to Jessie Flat Rd in 2006 and going from a house to a more commercial aspect this time as it's more House/ Business for this property. As we approach another winter I was walking around the property and looking at the trees we planted over a 5 year period starting in 2008 and noticed that they are finally really taking off. As you can see it's very dry and dusty so growing trees is a long process but they now provide shelter from the wind an...d privacy, win win. Aside from the trees there's been some nice Surf and very regular with most travelers off the road its just been the local crew. We will be staying put for the long haul as my business is a non event and Trish had plenty of shifts as a nurse at the hospital so we won't be doing any dashs back to Adelaide in the near future. 14.01.2022 Got back to Streaky a couple of weeks ago and the Surf has been very consistent and been in the water most days and it's a pretty good way to beat the heat. It was busy in the City with Christmas with the family and then my Sons wedding and even a trip to Mount Gambier with Imogen .

08.01.2022 Well finally the Suns shining the westerlys have fucked off and the last few days have provided some very nice waves

04.01.2022 Ok haven't updated for a while may have a lot to do with a fair bit of time in Adelaide watching my team North Adelaide rise from bottom to top and after finishing 5th taking out the big one and what a month of football it was. Ok so surfs on the up last two days and looks good until at least Thursday and I have the time to take advantage of this everyday . Had old mate Craig Adams drop by and he forgot to eat his oysters he bought fresh and I'm not a huge fan but don't min...d them Kilpatrick. Also an inch of rain overnight gave me an opportunity to give the weeds a final cut without being inundated in dust so I gave them a final tickle up as its going to be 38c by Thursday.
