25.01.2022 How many years have you neglected your skin?? Would you like to improve you facial skincare regime?? Do you hide behind your makeup?? ... That was me!! 24.01.2022 When my gut is happy, I’m at my HAPPIEST!!!! Anyone else notice their whole energy and mood just dip when you can feel your gut. Our gut should just be working in the background. ... Berries are definitely my favourite fruit I remember when I was a child, we would go strawberry picking at the local farm and when we’d go wondering the field opposite my nan’s house picking the wild blackberries. ... The memories of the noise of the river flowing and the birds chirping and us girls babbling away and screeching because of the creepy crawlies and getting scratched in all the brambles whilst trying to get to the biggest blackberries.
