01.01.2022 Did you know that cacao is a plant medicine? It's is one of the most feminine and gentle, and quite frankly, yummy, plant medicines we have access to, and so perfect for women's ceremonies. We honour the goddess Ixcacao, and share as women, it's a beautiful process which takes 2-3 hours and can have different elements woven through the experience. The basis is a sharing where we create a safe space to listen, learn, share with passion and without holding back, knowing that we... are received with love. The circles I create flow with yoga, music, meditation and sound healing, and are blessed by the presence of guides, spirits, angels and the beautiful reiki energy. The heart opening process allows us to feel, to unfurl, nourish and grow - and to step back from life for a moment and to go within. I know this is important work especially at the moment, because I love to partake in this ritual so much, it makes my heart sing to grow with my sisters in this beautiful way. Feeling so blessed.
