25.01.2022 Lunchbox Tip #2 Avoid getting caught out by pre-baking a batch of home-made breakfast muffins to keep in the freezer. It's a great way to go. A muffin will defrost in a lunchbox by lunch time. They are tasty, nutritious and easy to make.

04.01.2022 Firstly let's start with what green banana flour is... It's a high fiber, nutrient-packed, gluten free flour. It's also high in essential minerals and vitaminspotassium, zinc, magnesium and manganese and Vitamin E Below is a recipe by @naturalevolution using their Green Banana Flour. Check this tasty paleo brownie recipe below ... INGREDIENTS 125g coconut oil 3 eggs 50g (1/3 cup) Natural Evolution Green Banana Flour 35g (1/3 cup) cocoa powder 100g raw chocolate 100g (1/2 cup) coconut sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 150g (1 1/4 cup) roughly chopped walnuts (can be replaced with hazelnuts, macadamias of any other nut of your choice) METHOD 1. Preheat oven to 180C. Line a 18 x 28cm tin. 2. Place oil, sugar, chocolate, cacao, Banana Flour and baking powder in food processor or mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. 3. Add lightly whisked eggs to mixture and mix well. 4. Gently mix in walnuts. 5. Pour into the prepared tin and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until firm and until a few crumbs cling to a skewer when it’s inserted into the centre. Bon Appetit!
