25.01.2022 The best chicken you will ever taste. So looking forward to my next delivery!!

25.01.2022 Happy Mother’s Day dear mummies. We enjoyed Thermobexta's Dutch Baby Pancakes with VEGO Chocolate Spread and The Little Big Dairy Co. Cream for brekkie. OMG seriously amazing and super easy! https://www.thermobexta.com.au/20//26/dutch-baby-pancake/

24.01.2022 A great blog post to ponder: https://therootcause.com.au/better-options-to-candy-cane/

24.01.2022 Finally!!! some recognition that Roundup causes harm! You know I have been talking about this for years... So many people believe that it is a harmless pesticid...e. Poor council workers not adequately prepared as they spray this poison all over our parks and playgrounds. Lots of shires manage weeds without this poison. I encourage you to contact your local shires and request Round Up Stop being used in our children’s schools, playgrounds and parks. #healthbeforeprofits #safetybeforeprofits #localshire #haveyoursay #roundup #childrenshealth #kidshealth

24.01.2022 If you’ve not cottoned on to the very best way to store fresh herbs - herewith! Just whack them in an airtight jar, no water, and into fridge. This coriander should last up to 2 weeks. Best #foodwaste tip!

24.01.2022 A really easy and delicious gluten free/nut free vanilla cupcake recipe with some extra hidden goodness!! #wellnourished #cupcakes #magicbeans https://wellnourished.com.au/vanilla-bean-cupcakes/

21.01.2022 This is worth watching back on iView if you missed it. It’s frightening how much influence industry has on our health policies. It’s very sad to see profit put before health.

21.01.2022 When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

21.01.2022 Definitely trying this one for something different!! Yummo!! X

21.01.2022 The kids are really enjoying this smoothie. It's a great way to fill them up before school!

21.01.2022 If you'd like to find out more about Thermomix pop into the Daily Scoop in Macquarie St, Dubbo on Saturday:)

20.01.2022 Here’s another additive to avoid.... 171

19.01.2022 Did you know that there are many different forms of headaches? Many headaches are a result of food allergies and intolerances, tension, stress, hormonal fluctuations, high blood pressure, lack of adequate nutritional food intake, lack of sleep and hydration.

19.01.2022 Every parent should watch this. So important to put down the phones

19.01.2022 More reasons to ditch the packets and get cooking my friends!!

19.01.2022 I saw this on another page that I follow and thought you might be interested... Remember most wraps aren't a healthy alternative to bread unless you're using Mountain Bread. Always read the label :) "These days a lot of food companies are using 'Cultured Dextrose' as a preservative. They know most people are aware of the disgusting 280 and 282. But beware, it is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Helga's wraps is an example." http://fedup.com.au/news/blog/caution-cultured-dextrose

19.01.2022 I was delighted to share my story with these amazing ladies today! Check out their insightful podcast series. My interview will be up on June 12.

19.01.2022 I frequently get asked about the kids lunchboxes. To the best of my knowledge this is the only place in Australia you can buy them and they're 10% off at the moment (they're never on sale!!) The "Rover" has been great for daycare but Zara now prefers to have separate lunchboxes for big school so uses the "Shuttle". http://www.biome.com.au/808-planetbox#/page-2

18.01.2022 My daughter is asking for noodles for lunch - what an additive mine field that is! Here are some great suggestions from NNAM: http://naturalnewagemum.com/whats-so-bad-about-2-minute-no/

18.01.2022 One to try in the school holidays!

18.01.2022 You see whole foods, foods that come without numbers on the back that we don't understand (such as carrots, apples, spinach, fish..) they don't come with alarmi...ng study findings, they simply ADD VALUE to our lives. Take control over your health, make sure you know what you are putting into your body. If it doesn't add value to your life, if you're pretty sure it subtracts value from your life, then there's your answer #mybodyisatemple #saynotolollies

18.01.2022 So what does 'Yeast Extract' really mean?

17.01.2022 Hallelujah! Yes just eat real food. Makes perfects sense :)

17.01.2022 How do we encourage healthy eating in our kids, without inadvertently triggering disordered eating that may result in an actual eating disorder?

17.01.2022 A little reminder that not all dairy free milks are equal. The Pure Harvest brand (they do Coco Quench and Almond Milk to name a few) and Nutty Bruce are your best bets - unless of course you make your own

17.01.2022 If anyone’s after a nourishing and delicious Anzac biscuit recipe...

16.01.2022 Fair comment on being mindful of keeping natural sugars in moderation too...

16.01.2022 A great article on avoiding food fads - just eat real food and listen to your body :) https://www.chefcynthialouise.com//phi/latest-food-trends

16.01.2022 Great to see mainstream media reporting about the potential health impacts of additives #checklabels #ditchthepackets #cookfromscratch

14.01.2022 Thanks to the ladies at Up for a Chat for considering me worthy of a segment! This is my story.

14.01.2022 push yourself to get up before the rest of the world - start with 7am, then 6am, then 5:30am. go to the nearest hill with a big coat and a scarf and watch the ...sun rise. push yourself to fall asleep earlier - start with 11pm, then 10pm, then 9pm. wake up in the morning feeling re-energized and comfortable. lie in your garden, feel the sunshine on your skin. get into the habit of cooking yourself a beautiful breakfast. fry tomatoes and mushrooms in real butter and garlic, fry an egg, slice up a fresh avocado and squirt way too much lemon on it. sit and eat it and do nothing else. stretch. start by reaching for the sky as hard as you can, then trying to touch your toes. roll your head. stretch your fingers. stretch everything. buy a 1L water bottle. start with pushing yourself to drink the whole thing in a day, then try drinking it twice. buy a beautiful diary and a beautiful black pen. write down everything you do, including dinner dates, appointments, assignments, coffees, what you need to do that day. no detail is too small. strip your bed of your sheets and empty your underwear draw into the washing machine. wash, then hang them in the sunshine with care. make your bed in full. dig your fingers into the earth, plant a seed. see your success as it grows everyday. organise your room. fold all your clothes (and bag what you don’t want), clean your mirror, your laptop, vacuum the floor. light a beautiful candle. breathe. practice your deep breathing. ground yourself. have a luxurious shower with your favourite music playing. wash your hair, scrub your body, brush your teeth. lather your whole body in moisturiser, get familiar with the part between your toes, your inner thighs, the back of your neck. push yourself to go for a walk. take your headphones, go to the beach and walk. smile at strangers walking the other way and be surprised how many smile back. bring your dog and observe the dog’s behaviour. realise you can learn from your dog. message old friends with personal jokes. reminisce. suggest a catch up soon, even if you don’t follow through. push yourself to follow through. think long and hard about what interests you. crime? sex? boarding school? long-forgotten romance etiquette? find a book about it and read it. there is a book about literally everything. become the person you would ideally fall in love with. let cars merge into your lane when driving. pay double for parking tickets and leave a second one in the machine. stick your tongue out at babies. help an animal. compliment people on their cute clothes. challenge yourself to not ridicule anyone for a whole day. then two. then a week. walk with a straight posture. look people in the eye. ask people about their story. talk to acquaintances so they become friends. lie in the sunshine. daydream about the life you would lead if failure wasn’t a thing. open your eyes. take small steps to make it happen for you... 14.01.2022 Delivering to Dubbo every month. Delicious, beyond organic chicken. I highly recommend Carbeen Pastured Produce. Check out their website for more details x

14.01.2022 Keep in mind that the healthy populations that Dr. Weston A. Price observed didn't have any so-called junk of any kind. It was all food. What is food? Any nutri...tious substance that people or animals eat or drink, or that plants absorb, in order to maintain life, development and maturation. Just eat real food, traditionally prepared. Learn how in our recommended books: http://bit.ly/ourbookrecommendations Sandrine

13.01.2022 The kids demolished these for afternoon tea today!!

13.01.2022 Great to read more anecdotal evidence that good nutrition and lifestyle changes can indeed beat disease.

12.01.2022 Thanks to the wonderful St Laurence’s Primary School parents who came to tonight’s lunchbox class. Hopefully you’ve got some new ideas of what to include (and what to avoid!)

12.01.2022 Psychiatrists and therapists don’t often ask this question. But a growing body of research shows they really should.

11.01.2022 This is heartbreaking... surely the health of our children is more important than votes and keeping big business happy?? https://www.smh.com.au//while-politicians-refuse-to-act-au

11.01.2022 Lots of good advice here :)

07.01.2022 The sign of a good smoothie is when she drinks all hers and then takes mine!! Baby spinach, mango, banana and almond milk.

07.01.2022 Research shows anxiety and depression might be linked to an unhealthy diet.

07.01.2022 A great blog post by The Root Cause: http://therootcause.com.au/help-your-kids-beat-the-lunchbo/

07.01.2022 These are going on the must try list

06.01.2022 You know that packet of coconut flour in the back of your pantry...? Make this recipe! Delicious. I don't bother cutting into pieces. I just make it as a slice and drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top. You're welcome xx #healthychef #lamingtons #isobaking #pantrycleanout #raspberries #glutenfree #delicious https://thehealthychef.com/b/recipes/my-healthy-lamingtons

05.01.2022 It’s my food. You don’t have to eat it. Some good advice from a teen about dealing with peer comments on her healthy lunchbox.

05.01.2022 Delivering chicken and lamb to Dubbo on Wednesday. Get your orders in by 5pm TODAY :)

05.01.2022 One of the best gelatin’s to buy is the Changing Habits brand. It’s organic and available at Dubbo Specialist & Rehabilitation Centre in Darling Street.

05.01.2022 Another (very important!) reason to banish antibacterial wipes/sprays and let your kids play in the dirt: https://www.theguardian.com//children-leukaemia-mel-greave

04.01.2022 If you are on the land and interested in learning more about regenerative and holistic farming I strongly recommend this online course. It gives you access to and feedback from the world's leading experts led by Darren Doherty http://rex.farm/?plan=87

04.01.2022 In other words, focus on eating mostly fresh whole foods.

04.01.2022 Nature's Way Kids Smart VitaGummies received a CHOICE Shonky Award for claiming sugar laden vitamins are good for kids’ teeth: https://goo.gl/QxjXFd Containing ...around 50% sugar, VitaGummies uses colourful cartoon characters to shout the shonky health benefits to children. 01.01.2022 So great to have this amazing woman coming to Dubbo. She played a big role in helping my family make healthy changes.
