07.01.2022 Wow time has passed me by I have been to 35 different Kitchens/Businesses 17 in Perth and Surrounding Areas where i mostly learned the right ways and met normal people n chefs... 18 kitchens in the bush. Where you would often see bad cooks. (Out of 18 kitchens here so far, I've only met 1good chef that talked and taught me so much more after I left the Hyatt Regency Perth, thanks Peter Steven-John/magic mushroom cafe owner). Marcus Mathysek is still the best chef I have worked alongside. He was the one that prepared foods for Bill Clinton, Madona...his a la carte skill was impressive and amazing at Royal Perth Yatch Club 2006.. Sometimes you do not need many chefs/cooks but one that knows what to do and well organised.
