19.01.2022 Why Templating Safety in your business is dangerous! Often I see posts requesting free or generic templates when it pertains to safety documentation. I have even had a recent client comment that they were ok not being legit because they had gotten away with it thus far. 19.01.2022 I live in one of the most beautiful and unique places in Queensland - on any given day taking my children to school we can see cane fields; horses; cows all of this and not too far away from mainstream! 11.01.2022 Robust Fatigue Management onus on Business Owners I was recently at a meeting where it was put to a group of Transport Managers that gone are the days where a driver declaring on paper they are not fatigued would actually meet their compliance obligations. November / December is the one of the busiest seasons on our roads for this industry; employees are exhausted and they are sharing the road with motorists that are exhausted. 01.01.2022 Tips for toolboxes for a mobile workforce! Use Technology - record a video message and send it to your workforce via sms / messaging / social media. Use the toolbox forum for relevant information save the fluff.... Make a meet up point on the road at a café and have a chat and chew with your team. Schedule toolbox information times that suit your business. Look at your history; what happened historically can serve as inspiration for ideas and topics. Most importantly, ask your employees how they want to receive the information.
