01.01.2022 Some of you will no doubt have heard by now that the NSW Planning & Environment have refused the Woolworths Submission at the Pre-Gateway stage. We see this as a significant win, however are not too sure that the war has been won. We will be posting a fuller summary of the decision and our take on the next steps very soon - in the meantime, please accept the present from Santa that we will not have a Woolworths on the site as proposed! More soon...
