04.01.2022 Today Nowra High welcomed members of the Bushfire Relief Strategy Group. Mr. Kingsley, Mrs Wellington, Mr Loupos and several members of staff, together with students from the school were present. The forum listened to the experiences and perspectives of those affected by bushfires at the beginning of the year. The group discussed how we can move forward after such tragic events and what we have learnt after experiencing such devastation. A video from Year 12 student Hannah Urquhart’s Visual Arts Body of Work was also shown, highlighting the devastating effect of the 2019/20 bushfires.
