22.01.2022 People of Flemington - if you heard squeals and ooh's at around 2 pm this arvo there's nothing to be alarmed about, we just unpacked our first delivery from @marmosetfound and we're beside ourselves with joy. For Jane, the only place she currently turns off is Anglesea. It's the nature, the walks and the distance. ... This isn’t to say she doesn’t TRY to create self-care and boundaries in her day to day life, however she isn’t able to truly switch off, into what she calls "relaxation mode" until she pulls up at a beach shack in the sleepy town of Anglesea. You see, as a small business owner, you have a lot of think about. Whether it’s ordering, have you chosen the right stock, did you order gift wrap, staff morale, staff hours, regular weekends off for retail staff, changes in restrictions, your bottom line, have the lights been turned off, did someone blow out the candle in store today and so on. Jane has openly decided this year, is the year of more no’s and more self-care moments. Creating them for herself and her staff throughout the working week, as well as better ways to switch off from work on weekends.
