10.01.2022 Townsville City Council is hosting information sessions for homeowners this Wednesday and Thursday to provide information on how to apply for funding to improve... the resilience to their homes against cyclones. The Queensland Government’s Household Resilience Program offers eligible home owners up to $11,250 to provide home improvements for residents living within 50km of the coast. To check whether or not you are watering your lawn enough, grab a long screw driver and stick it into the ground. If you can't push the screw driver through the ground, you aren't watering enough.
