23.01.2022 ACTIVE RECOVERY WEEK My body was starting to wear a bit because of the heavier 4x20 rep range. Therefore, rather than take a whole week off and do nothing I am doing some accessory exercises. These are known for being isolated movements that are more focused on control and flexibility, working the tendons and ligaments in a safe way.... Doing these exercises with heavy weight could cause an injury.
