25.01.2022 NSLA CASUAL DINNER! It’s celebration time! Our current Korean Beginner level-2 Course will be finished on September 15. Korean level-2 course students have studied together for 4 months and they’re going to move up to Level-3 which is nearly pre-intermediate!... We’re having a dinner to celebrate their great achievement and also students learning Korean will have a great time for practising the language with native teachers/speakers. All NSLA adult learners are most welcome to join regardless of which language you are learning. 07.01.2022 < Changes to HSC listening examinations > Official Notice: HSC Languages Beginners and Continuers examinations - Listening components Teachers and students of the HSC Languages Beginners and Continuers courses are advised that, from 2014, the questions will no longer be read out in full prior to the reading of each text in the listening sections of the examination.... For example, the instructional voice over will only read out the following: Question 1. Refer to Question 1. This will then be followed by a pause during which students may read the question before the first reading of the text. Teachers of Year 12 students in these courses are requested to bring this to the attention of their students.
