The Grand Final will be held at Bowlarama Wetherill Park on Sunday 17th November, please be ready to check in at 8.30am, for a 9am start. 18.01.2022 Today marked the end of the NSW Junior Intercentre Shield 2019 season, with our top 12 teams making their way to Bowlarama Wetherill Park to fight it out for the chance to be crowned 2019 Champions. Our day started with 2 groups of 6 teams all trying their hardest to qualify in the top spot, and after 5 games, Lidcombe Cougars Red were seeded 1st, Orange Warriors 2nd with Shellharbour Sharks Grey coming in a close 3rd. Game 1 of the step ladder final, and Orange faced Shellha...rbour which ended with the Sharks advancing to the final match against Lidcombe. The final game of the day and both teams came out playing their best shots, which led to a nail biting finish, that ended with Shellharbour Sharks Grey taking victory over Lidcombe Cougars Red 896 to 886. Congratulations to our 2019 Champions Shellharbour Sharks Grey. During game play today, some great high scores were achieved, including Lidcombe Red bowling a combined team score of 1010, and some individual high scratch games of, Justin Dinham 269 Joshua Buttigieg 268 Joel Gilmour 263 Sean Lam 259 Steven McConnell 247 Ryan Chi 246 Joshua Logozzo 242 Josh McKenzie 237 Julian Dinham 236 Jake Donnelly 222 Aleisha McGarry 217 Jessica Chi 211 Many of these scores being the bowlers new personal bests, congratulations to all bowlers.
