24.01.2022 With Australia in crisis mode with treacherous Bush Fires burning across our states its important to think about those amazing men and women who have been fighting this absolute tragedy of a natural disaster. The amazing endless efforts of these people dont go unseen or unappreciated and we would like to emphasise they are the true Superheros in todays society! Its heartbreaking to watch this disaster unfold and to see those who have lost their possessions, hom...es and even loved ones. Please remember to reach out and support those in need. It can be as simple as picking up the phone and asking if someone is okay. On the 23rd of December 2019, ABC published this useful page on their website which provides you with an extensive list of places you can donate to support those in need. https://www.abc.net.au//r/news/bushfire-donations/11823676 There are even organisations that are accepting donations in the form of clothes, food, household items, animal food, firefighting equipment, and even our greatest resource, water! It doesnt need to be much but every good thought counts and goes to a worthy cause. All our thoughts and prayers are with those involved or impacted by the 2019 2020 Bush Fire Crisis! #AustralianBushFireCrisis #DonateNow #NTCSC #BushFiresAustralia

14.01.2022 It is saddening the absolute devastation our country has faced during recent times due to bushfires. It has had catastrophic effects on families, homes, businesses and more. Our Australian wildlife have suffered terribly, and it is estimated that 1.25 billion native animals have perished including Koalas, Kangaroos, Wallabies, Wombats, Echidnas and more. This number unfortunately continues to rise and there are many more injured with nowhere to go. We are extremely proud to s...upport one of our wonderful South Australia employees. This technician has admirably volunteered his time and expertise over at Kangaroo Island with his Drone Business he runs on top of working for our company. The aim of his and others work is to use their unique drones equipped with thermal scanning to fly at night over Kangaroo Island to scan the land in search for injured wildlife and endangered species. This is an extremely effective process and has already proved to be successful. This includes looking for Koalas, the Glossy Black-Cockatoo (Kangaroo Island Sub-Species) and the Kangaroo Island Dunnart (a small marsupial found nowhere else in Australia and a species listed as endangered under National Environment Law). Koalas were introduced to the island in the 1920s in response to a drop in numbers on the mainland from the fur trade. The introduced koalas were free from chlamydia a disease prevalent among mainland populations that can cause blindness, infertility and death. This is why it is essential to find Koala survivors. It is an amazing thing to be doing for our Native wildlife and to be volunteering his time is incredible. We wish him and all the teams contributing to this mission the absolute best of luck. We (Australia), are extremely lucky to have so many dedicated, compassionate people willing to give their time and not only fight this disaster but also be involved in the recovery. Hit like if you would like to see outcomes or follow up to this work over at Kangaroo Island.
